PIARSAIGH NA DROMODA V BALLYMAC
Despite a spirited second half comeback, the Seniors came up short against a fitter Ballymac side in today’s County League tie. The home side raised the green flag with their very first attack, but Pearses kept the scoreboard ticking until Ballymac struck for their second goal. At half time it was 2-07 to 0-06.

The management can be encouraged by the battling quaiities shown in the second half, battling back to within 1 point, 2-11 to 2-10 before Ballymac closed the game out with 4 quickfire points to leave it at the end Piarsaigh na Dromoda 2-10 Ballymac 2-16

Congratulations to the Dromid / Waterville U 14 team who defeated a very strong Glenbeigh / Glencar team on Friday night (17th May) in the County League Final played in Valentia. 1.08 – 1.08 was the score at full time. 2.11 – 1.09 AET. Well done to all the children and mentors involved.

The Juniors also had a good win on Friday evening with a 2-12 to 1-04 win over Glenbeigh/Glencar.
